They can also chip or crack your teeth!<\/li><li><strong>Lemons<\/strong> \u2013 Even though they\u2019re a fruit, lemons are highly acidic and can cause enamel erosion and a pH imbalance inside of your mouth.<\/li><li><strong>Potato chips<\/strong> \u2013 Chips might be a tasty snack, but they\u2019re high in both starches and sugars which can lead to enamel erosion.<\/li><li><strong>Ice cubes<\/strong> \u2013 Ice cubes are meant for cooling drinks, not chewing!
